My Flex show career

Holy shit! It's skyrocketing! Thank you to all my fans and supporters and worshipers. As you may or may not know, I have BIG GOALS when it comes to this. I want to stream flexing, FULL WORKOUTS, bodybuilding/fitness tips, and my opinion on various subjects. I can't thank you all enough. Keep supporting me!!!

Project Flexforall Begins... Today's update 10-01-09

Two awesome flex shows down, many to come. Hit me up if you want to see me flex in real time.

Today was an AWESOME back/abs/biceps day

I hit weighted pull ups. All the way up to a 45 and a 35 both chained to my waste. I worked my way back down that ladder until I was doing it with a 25, all sets in the 5-6 rep range.

Inbetween those sets I hit my customized decline bench leg curls/lifts excercise. (Do you want to see a video of it???) Basically I get on the decline bench, wrap the rope attachment at the top of the bench, lay on my back with my hands at the top, hold the rope... and... LIFT! lift those legs.
I usually do 1 high curl/lift followed by 1 straight kick in the air, and then 1 "angled" 45 degree kick... then do 2 of each, then 3, then 4, then 5... ALL in the same set. At the end of that set, if you can, burn out by doing kicks straight up with your body twisted to the left AND to the right. Do both sides as many as you can. This REALLY kills.

After that I did cable pulldowns behind the head supersetted with cable close grip rows, AND cable pulldowns... I did these in sets of 6 (6 middle, 6 left, 6 right) with very very heavy weight and at least a 1 second pause at the bottom of each rep.

Final exercise for back was RACK lifts (youtube it if you don't know what any exercise is). It's basically deadlifts but with the bar at your knees and not at your shins. worked my way up in sets of 5 to 315. At 315 i hit 8, it felt super awesome tightly squeezing each and every rep. Supersetted those rack lifts with dumbell bicep curls with a 2 second hold at the top of every rep.
I definitely felt those. lol

I ended off my workout with 3 sets of hanging leg lifts. I do mine with my legs straight out and i bring my legs up to where my hands are at and in between my arms (kind of like a gymnast, imagine it). I do sets of 10 for those. On the last set burn out with leg lifts with bent knees.
